Steve has been a Solicitor for over forty years and is very much an “all rounder”. Starting off in Sydney in Industrial Law, he became an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury and has practiced extensively in Criminal Law.

Moving to Mudgee, he has added Conveyancing, Small Business and Wills and Estates to his repertoire. Having appeared in almost every legal jurisdiction over the years, Steve has built a broad range of contacts and has mentored many young lawyers and students. Steve is a Director on a number of Boards for local financial and other institutions.

After initially growing up in Mudgee, Tom commenced studying Law through UNE in 2009 after previously completing a combined Bachelor of Arts/Commerce and working as a Media Buyer in Sydney. He began his career in the legal sector working as a Law Clerk in Tamworth before moving back to Mudgee and being admitted as a solicitor in 2012.

Tom's areas of practice are Rural and Residential Conveyancing, Property Law, Wills and Estates, Criminal Law and Commercial Law.

In his life outside of work, Tom enjoys involvement with the local rugby union club and a variety of Sports. He is also a volunteer presenter at the Traffic Offenders Intervention Program through the Mudgee PCYC and currently a board member of Lifeskills Plus which is a local organisation that provides services for people with disabilities.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Agribusiness) which he was awarded in 2013.

Throughout New South Wales he practices in all areas of Criminal and Traffic Law, Rural and Residential Conveyancing, Wills and Estate and Litigation.

Simon has been appointed on a number of Legal Aid Criminal Panels throughout his career. He currently accepts some Criminal matters from Legal Aid on a back-up duty basis.

Away from the office Simon has been active on a number of sporting and community Committees, often providing pro bono legal advice to these and other not for profit entities. He also has a keen interest in a number of sports including golf, tennis, water skiing and football.

Helen practices in Wills & Estates, Property Law, Conveyancing, and Commercial Law.

With a background in engineering, Helen has a particular interest in helping landowners navigate the opportunities and challenges presented by the Orana Renewable Energy Zone.

Helen has lived and worked in a variety of rural and regional towns across NSW and Queensland. 

She moved to Mudgee with her family in 2013 and is actively involved in a number of local community organisations.
